Refund and Returns Policy

At Bonchem NZ Ltd., we are committed to providing quality products and services to our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines your rights and the process for returns and refunds.

Returns

1. Eligibility for Returns
   • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
   • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Return Period
   • You have 90 days from the date you received your item to request a return. After 90 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
3. Return Process
   • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at teamkenjen@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
   • Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
4. Shipping
   • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

1. Eligibility for Refunds
   • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
   • If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
2. Partial Refunds
   • In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
     • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
     • Any item returned more than 90 days after delivery.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
   • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
   • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
   • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
